Shipping Information

Order Processing:

The majority of our jewelry is handmade to order, one piece at a time, therefore jewelry orders could have a production time of 5-10 business days before it is shipped to you. We are working on building our jewelry inventory so that we have in stock quick ship pieces.

All other items are readily available in our warehouse, and will be shipped out to you within 3 business days of receipt of order.

If your order contains handmade to order jewelry along with in stock items, the order will be shipped out as one complete order upon completion of the jewelry piece(s).

Orders are processed Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or major holiday, will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Methods:

To provide our customers with the most affordable and reliable shipping service, all orders will be shipped via the USPS (United States Postal Service).

The entire order must be shipped to one single address. We are not able to ship one order to multiple addresses. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

If there is no one present to receive the package, it will be left at the address provided. If you are concerned about package theft, we suggest that you purchase signature confirmation with your order.

Delivery Timeline:

Per the USPS Guidelines:

  • USPS First Class Mail: 1-5 business days, uninsured
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days, insured up to $50.00

A shipping confirmation containing the tracking number for your order will automatically be emailed to you upon shipment.

The Fine Print:

Cancellations/Changes to Orders:

Once an order is placed it goes into production, therefore we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to orders, but we will do our best to accommodate you. Before you place your order, please review all of the information to ensure its accuracy. If we are able to accommodate your requests, we will notify you via email.

Undelivered/Refused Packages:

Packages that are returned to us due to delivery failure (insufficient address information, multiple delivery attempts, cancelled after shipment, refusal, etc.) due to customer error will incur a $5.00 restocking fee. This restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.

Lost Packages:

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you, however we cannot be held responsible for package in which proof of delivery has been generated by the carrier.

All orders which are valued at $500.00 or more, will automatically require a signature upon delivery. For all other orders, please indicate at checkout if you desire signature confirmation for your delivery, otherwise we will assume that no signature is required.

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to in the future!

Sales Tax:

We are located in the Sunshine State of Florida, therefore we must collect state and local sales tax on all purchases made in the state of Florida.
