Returns Policy
We want you to love your jewelry and gift items, but if you don't, just send it back. The last thing you need is a hassle trying to return something! So, if you're not thrilled with your purchase in the next 30 days, we want to make it right.
Just shoot us an email, and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Just mail the unlaundered/unworn/unaltered item back for your refund. The fee for the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total.
Since we will need to be able to locate your original order in our system, we will need a copy of the receipt. We truly care about what you have to say, so please take a moment and write out your reason for the return on the receipt/packing list and include it in the return package.
If free shipping was offered for your original purchase, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All sales are final sales, and are not eligible to be returned or refunded.
All custom made jewelry orders are final sales, and as such, are not eligible to be returned or refunded. If there is a problem with your custom order, please email us the details, and we will be happy to review it.
Gift cards are not eligible to be returned or refunded.
All photos are a representation of the item, but not necessarily a photo of the exact item which you will receive. There are variations in lampwork glass, gemstones, and other natural materials. These variations in size, color, and shape make each piece of handmade jewelry unique and naturally beautiful. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
It's rare, but sometimes an item gets damaged in shipping. We will replace any item damaged in shipping. In order to process your claim, please email us a photo of the damage. You will need to keep all packaging materials and the damaged item while your claim is being processed.
